This competition held in Harlow, Essex. We had a small entry this time with 4 competitors (Tiberius Hurley, Isacc Smith, Jaden Giby and Alex Badea) with Sensei John and Liridona coaching. all had had at least one competition under their belt. 17th July saw the Luton Higashi club enter a competition for the first time since Covid, as 13 competitors made their way to Worcester.  Over 1,100 entries saw this to be what is likely the single biggest karate competition in England this year.  The majority of the squad were competing for the first time. On the 21 November 7 members of the Higashi Karate club travelled to Essex for a karate tournament. This meant a very early start for waking up at 6 AM. This was the first competition the club had entered for 2 years due to Covid and the team was mostly made up for young students
